With this app, support representatives can view and control customers' mobile devices in real-time, mark important areas on the screen for the customer to see, and communicate through in-app chat during support sessions.
In addition, customers can easily connect with support representatives by entering the 6-digit connection code provided by the support representative. They can also send local files and share their app list with the support agent who may request to uninstall an application to solve the problem. The app is compatible with Android OS 4.0 or later, and it is recommended to use the latest version.
